SZLH420 Feed Pellet Machine
The pellet mill can make pellets for poultry, livestack and so on. We can feed corn, wheat, and other grains or grass as raw materials to make feed pellet. If particle sizes of raw materials, we meed crush them to powder first, and when we treat powder material, this pellet mill can make pellet directly. Only change the ring die we can approach to produce different pellet feeds to kinds of animals.
operational principle：
When the different powder materials are guided by the feeding blade into the pre-compression zone between the actively-rotating ring die and the driven-rotating rollers, the material in in looseness condition and been formed into different sizes. The distance between powder particles gradually decreases with the rotating of the ring die and the roller,then the internal pressure and material density also increase. When the pressure reaches a certain value, the higher density material enters the compression zone from the pre-compression zone and begins to enter the roller holes. After tempering, the material to maintain pressure in the ring die hole for a certain period. The particles with the pre-determined density and strength are extruded out from the holes of ring die, and are cut by the to the required length
Structure:
The struction is simple and compact. The feed pellet mill is consisted of the conditioner, foundation frame, motor, power transmission system and electrical control system, etc. Under the pressures function caused by the interaction between the rind die and the rollers, the powder raw materials is compressed into densified feed pellet.
Performance benefit：
1. This feed pellet machine is equipped with inverter controlled screw feeder, and work with permanent magnet to removing iron impurities, which will protect the pellet machine and its wearing parts.
2. Stainless steel conditioner makes even retention and sufficient cooking effect.
3. Gear directly-connecting driving is adopted for high accuracy and efficiency. The output can increase 20% comparing to feed pellet machine driven by belts.
4. NSK bearings, Siemens motors, and SKF Bearings are adopted to makes operation smoothly.
5. Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy, to ensure smooth driving, low noise and long service life.
6. Applicable for all kinds of high grade animal / livestock / poultry / aqua feed. Single, double or three layers of conditioner is optional.
