8-12 t/h Feed Pellet Line for Poultry & Livestock
Fully automatic Feed Pellet Production Line including the following systems:
1. Cleaning and Crushing system (raw materials always mixed with impurities, wihch will affect the pellet quality and damage the mill, so before hammer mill we need clean the raw material by pre-cleaner & permanent magnetic sleeve);
2. Batching and Mixing system (each animal feed making formula includes several different materials. This systems realizes the volume of all the materials flow into the mixer exactly accurate according to the formula);
3. Pelleting, Cooling and Crumbling system (hot steam from boiler is to kill the becterias and to soft the materials, which increases the pellet quality and the prodcution capacity.
Cooling machine to make the pellets suitable for long time storage. Crumbling machine is to break the pellets to small sizes, specially for small baby chickens.);
4. Pellet sieving and Packing system (rotary screener and the automatic packing machines are the main parts of this system in the automatic Feed Pellet Production Line. )
