TDTG Series Bucker Elevator
The bucket elevator is used for the lower uphill lift with grain, the machine automatically transported upward continuous operation after the supply of materials into the hopper by shaking table. Transfer capacity can be adjusted according to the transmission speed, and with the need to select the lifting height. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. This machine is continuous running, to assist feed pellet making plant needs.
Structural features：
bucket elevator is the universally lifting conveying equipment in vertical types. It is mainly made up of Movement part, Upper part with Transmission Drum, Down parts with Tension Drum, Middle Cabinet, Drive Device and so on.
It adopt the canvas belt for transmission belt for vertical lifting the powder, granules and small blocks materials for example the grain, coal,cement etc. It's lifting height is from 4-40meters range. The conveying capacity is from 4-238m3/hour as per different material which the density at ρ <1.5t/m3 . The max material degree should below 60 degree, below 200 degree if use the heat resistant belt.
Features and advantages:
1)、The driving power is lower, adopting inflow feeding, inducing discharging, and large-capacity hopper intensive arrangement. There is almost no returning and excavating phenomenon when the material is lifted, so the invalid power is small.
2)、Wide range of application, this kind of elevator has less requirements on the type and characteristics of materials, not only can improve the general powdery and small granular materials, but also can improve the materials with high abrasion resistance. The sealing is good and green to the environment.
3)、Prolonged service period, the feeding of the hoist adopts the inflow type, and there is no pressure for the bucket to excavate the material, so there is no extrusion and collision phenomenon between the materials. The machine is designed to keep less sprinkled during material feeding and unloading, this will reduce the wear and tear of the machine.
