If the hammer mill is not used correctly, it will not only shorten the service life of the hammer mill, but also affect the work efficiency, which will result in half the effort.
.The long-term operation of the hammer mill should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the working place is changed frequently, the hammer mill and the motor should be installed on the base made of angle iron. If the hammer mill is powered by diesel, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the diesel engine power is slightly larger than the hammer mill power, and both The pulley groove is consistent.
.After the hammer mill is installed, check the fastening condition of each fastener. If it is loose, it must be tightened.
.Check if the belt tightness is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and the hammer mill shaft are parallel.
.Before starting the hammer mill, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer and rotor are running flexibly and reliably. Whether there is collision in the shell. The rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine. The motor and the powder machine lubrication is good or not.
.Do not change the pulleys casually, in case the rotation speed is too high, the explosion chamber will explode, or the rotation speed will be too low, which will affect the working efficiency.
.After the hammer mill started, it’s better idle for 2-3 minutes. After there is no abnormal phenomenon, feed again.
.Attention should be paid to the operation of the hammer mill at all times during the work. The feeding should be uniform to prevent clogging, and do not overload the machine for a long time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, and external spraying are found, stop the machine immediately and continue working after troubleshooting.
.The crushed materials should be carefully inspected to avoid accidents caused by hard materials such as copper, iron and stone entering the crushing chamber.
.The operator should not wear gloves. When feeding, stand on the side of the crusher to prevent rebound debris from injuring the face.
When clogging, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly feed or tow the feed by hand or wooden stick.
